The Hmong Cultural Center (HCC), located in Saint Paul, Minnesota, is dedicated to preserving, promoting, and celebrating Hmong culture through educational programs, cultural arts, and cross-cultural learning opportunities. The center aims to foster greater understanding between the Hmong community and the broader public.

Key Programs & Services:

• Adult Basic Education:

  • Offers English as a Second Language (ESL) and Citizenship classes to support Hmong immigrants and refugees in adapting to life in the U.S.

  • Classes are available in-person and via Zoom, free of charge.

• Cultural Arts Education:

    • Qeej Instrument Lessons (traditional Hmong reed pipe)
