Online Registration Workshop
The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) offers an online platform for Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) enrolled providers to register for different trainings. These trainings are designed to ensure that providers are well-informed about program requirements, billing procedures, and service delivery standards.

Providers can select from a range of training sessions tailored to their service offerings, including:

Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Resources and MN–ITS

Waiver/Alternative Care

Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Steps for Success

Registration Process:

Confirm MN–ITS user registration with your practice or organization.

On the registration page:
-
Select the appropriate Service (e.g., PCA, CFSS).

Choose the relevant Training based on your service or claim type.
-
Enter your 10-digit National Provider Identifier (NPI) or Unique Minnesota Provider Identifier (UMPI) if required.

Click Next – Register and provide the requested information.

CFSS Steps for Success Training:

Specifically designed for CFSS agency owners and managers.
-
Requires passing a pre-test to obtain a certificate number for registration.

After passing the pre-test, select available training dates and complete the registration process.

Training Capacity and Confirmation:
-
Trainings automatically close when full.
-
Registration deadlines:
-
Free trainings: Close three business days before the session.
-
Paid trainings: Close seven business days before the session at 8:00 am.

Upon successful registration, participants receive an email confirmation.

Links to attend webinars are sent the week before the training date.
