When seniors and adults with disabilities need assistance at home or in the community, Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) can help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Medicaid, UCare, and HealthPartners may cover eligible services provided by Rainbow Home Healthcare. Our trained and compassionate support workers assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, hygiene, and other essential needs.
